Peek Consultancy - Our Approach

We start by "listening to you" in order to gain a thorough understanding of your activities, your issues and your challenges. We provide examples of completed projects in order to demonstrate our areas of expertise and to ensure that you can quickly determine if we have the necessary sector experience to deliver what you need. We will present an initial scoping proposal and budgetary quotation, for your consideration. This is followed by a formal scoping and contract that sets out the deliverables, time scales and the detailed costs. Once this is agreed we establish a formal contract and start the work.

At each project milestone, typically every month, we will review progress and agree the actions mutually, tuning the process, before moving onto each new phase, agreeing adjustments as appropriate.

We will identify any potential conflicts of interest prior to engagement. We support our processes with robust security, confidentiality contracts (NDA's) and professional indemnity insurance.
